While it doesn’t yet appear the Jeffrey Campbell will remove HELLO KITTY from the throne of all things cute in JAPAN—we are very lucky to be sold in many fine stores in Japan. Jeffrey’s fascination with street culture and all things “Japan” continually to drive our line each season. One of our top stores in Japan sent us this press this morning….and what can we say besides…

This week, as the NY heat bubbled up—so did the Jeffrey Campbell hits on blogs and on-line shopping hot spots. WIth some of our FALL 1 trends hitting key accounts now and in the next four weeks…some of our best summer styles are either being marked down or  receiving their earned place in the JEFFREY CAMPBELL style archives!! We were featured this week in the instyle.com guide to “all things gold…” an overview of metallics and all things that glitter with glamour!! You can imagine that since our site has relaunched there have been many emails from girls and women across the country and globe–searching for answers to their Jeffrey Campbell questions. Emails come in daily, mostly concerning distribution, availability and of course, there is always the girl searching for a shoe in dark green that we produced 100 pairs of two seasons ago! We do our best to answer each email in a timely fashion–offering possible venues for finding the JC shoe of your dream, or simply providing some help to your question.

You can imagine our surprise when we received the below letter in a plain white envelope, delivered by USPS to the Jeffrey Campbell HQ in LA. The letter did not have a return address, or any other notes, instructions or blurbs. It was postmarked Boise Idaho and was received to our office in June of 2008. This letter proves that Jeffrey Campbell shoes is really bringing people together—even crazed stalkers!

Much thanks to whomever took the time to send us this amazing piece of “found” artwork–we are going to try and use it somewhere in our fall collection—so keep your eyes peeled.
