As January speeds by and I prepare a space on my desk for all the Valentine’s candy, flowers, cards and love notes—I cannot help but think forward to spring. As I bundle up to head out from the JC NYC office–the wind beats my face–as every single girl in a black NORTHFACE parka cannot stop bumping into me as she speeds off. As I sit at my desk every day, my laptop buzzes as crazy emails come in from JC fans around the globe. There is always the girl searching for the skull studded boot, the girl who MUST own ever color of the LOVE BALLET FLAT from our 2005 collection or the rainboot obsessed mother who wants us to use an image of her baby’s  face for our new rainboot patterns for spring 09. We love all of our fans dearly. We cherish them actually. That is why when this email trickled acrossed my desk…I couldn’t help but smile. Sent by Shawna–a Jeffrey Campbell fan based in LA—this email brightened our office for weeks.
