The drawing seems pretty stylized — her proportions are being elongated, I think it’s more a form of expression than “anorexic looking.”
If you don’t buy into all that artsy crap then I guess you would say that her body type is similar to that of runway/super models — and not all of them actually have a form of anorexia.
Either way hating on something/someone for being very thin is just as bad as hating on something/someone for being stocky/fat — both can be healthy, and both can be totally natural.
