We’re always looking for new music that grabs us on the first listen. That’s why we’re so excited to feature or latest AOTW inductee, The Year of Hibernation by Boise output Youth Lagoon. The melodies are dreamy, but won’t put you to sleep, and are the perfect companion to a fall day. We could cozy up with our favorite sweater, a cup of hot tea and a stack of magazines and listen to this on loop, no problem! Beyonce has been making headlines with her baby-bump lately, but the thing that really caught our attention was this amazing cover  of “Best Thing I Never Had” by none other than The Horrors. What can we say, Bey? These post-goth shoegazers beat you at your own game. We’re obsessed and we think The Horrors should take on more pop hits, because we can only imagine what “I Wanna Go” by Britney would sound like coming out of Faris Badwan’s mouth!
