WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR SHOES?

CAN I BUY A SHOE DIRECTLY FROM YOU?
We don’t stock inventory of our shoes so we cannot sell directly.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not and cannot accept returns.
Please contact the store where you purchased your shoes –
the retailer has their own return/exchange policy.
DO YOU MAKE SHOES IN SIZE 5 or 11?
Our standard size run is 6-10.
However, we do make some select styles in size 5-12.
Please check with the retailer of your choice to see
if they stock the extended sizes.
LOST STONES, STUDS or LACES –
CAN YOU SEND ME A REPLACEMENT?
If your shoe has lost a stone or gem,
please contact info@jeffreycampbellshoes.com.
We will review the inquiry and get back to you promptly.
We will need you to provide us with the style name,
or a picture of the shoe, and we will do our best
to send you replacements.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE STYLE NAME OR SIZE OF MY SHOE?
We stamp the name of the style and the size on
the lining inside the shoe or a strap – usually its near the ankle.
