We are happy to extend our return policy through Tuesday, JANUARY 15, 2019, on items purchased from Saturday, DECEMBER 1, 2018 - Tuesday, DECEMBER 25 2018.
Please note, return requests forms must be completed online here using your original order # and shipping zip code.
**Refunds are only issued to original form of payment and a $10.00 return fee will be deducted from refund.
As a reminder, notification of refund will be sent to original email used to purchase.
If returning a gift, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our online Customer Service form here if you wish to receive a merchandise credit instead of refund.
Please drop off your return at any authorized UPS location no later than Tuesday, JANUARY 15, 2019.
RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:
Item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received as items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Item must have all tags, original packaging materials & shipped back in original box or appropriate shipping carton. Do not use shoe box as shipping carton.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving.
An email will be sent to the email address on file once your return is processed.
