To ensure your orders are received by 12/24/19*, please note the following deadlines below:

GROUND SHIPPING: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST Wednesday, December 11th, 2019 to ensure arrival by: December 24th, 2019.

3 DAY SHIPPING: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST Monday, December 16th, 2019 to ensure arrival by: December 24th, 2019.

2 DAY SHIPPING: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 to ensure arrival by: December 24th, 2019.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Noon) Friday, December 20th, 2019 to ensure arrival by: December 24th, 2019.

Applies to delivery of in-stock items only within the Continental United States. Holiday Delivery is not guaranteed for international orders.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Kindly note, UPS does not operate on December 25th.
Please note, all orders are subject to further verification for approval and process may cause a delay.
Delivery time will vary based on the shipment method chosen from the options in our Delivery Section above.

Last order dates listed above are not a guarantee of delivery by December 25th. However, Jeffrey Campbell will work diligently to make sure your orders arrive in time for the holidays, but some elements of the delivery process are outside of its control and delays do sometimes occur.

Fill out the return form on the physical packing slip received with your order / gift.

We are happy to extend our return policy through Wednesday, JANUARY 15, 2020, on items purchased from Sunday, NOVEMBER 24, 2019 - Wednesday, DECEMBER 25, 2019.

Please note, return requests forms must be completed online here using your original order # and shipping zip code.

**Refunds are only issued to original form of payment and a $10.00 return fee will be deducted from refund.

As a reminder, notification of refund will be sent to original email used to purchase.

If returning a gift, please contact cs@jeffreycampbellshoes.com or fill out our online Customer Service form here if you wish to receive a merchandise credit instead of refund. 

Please drop off your return at any authorized UPS location no later than Wednesday, JANUARY 15, 2020.

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received as items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.  Item must have all tags, original packaging materials & shipped back in original box or appropriate shipping carton. Do not use shoe box as shipping carton. 

RETURN PROCESSING

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving. 

An email will be sent to the email address on file once your return is processed.
