RETURN POLICY

**HOLIDAY RETURNS**

Items purchased from December 1st - 24th, 2016 must be received by our warehouse by January 31, 2017. The item must be postmarked by an authorized UPS retailer by January 9, 2017. However, items received thereafter will incur a $10.00 fee, which will be deducted from the original form of payment.

For holiday returns of item purchased from jeffreycampbellshoes.com, you must complete the online form, HERE.

Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding Dec. 23rd, 26th, 30th & Jan 2nd) for your return to be processed once received in our warehouse.

ALL RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept returns from purchases made on Jeffreycampbellshoes.com. Any product merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.

- Item must be returned and received in our warehouse within 30 days of the original order date. We cannot accept returns made after 30 days from original order date.

- Item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received and must have all tags, including original packaging materials.

- Returns must be shipped back in original shipping box or appropriate replacement box.

- We highly encourage to write down the return tracking # located on the return label used to send back your package.

FREE U.S. RETURNS
We provide a FREE pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label with all orders in the continental US. To be eligible for FREE returns, the item(s) must be shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days of order ship date or there will be a $10 fee deducted from your refund.

Please note: If a Return Label was not included in your order, contact Customer Service and one will be emailed to you.
ORIGINAL ORDER DATE
The original order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from us.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item for a refund and place a new order. Please note we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

RETURNS PROCESSING
Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

REFUNDS
Depending on your financial institution, refunds normally post within 1-5 business days after the date of processing to your original form of payment. All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment – NO EXCEPTIONS. A promo code will be issued in lieu of a refund if the card is no longer active. . Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. We offer free ground shipping only on continental US orders, therefore express shipping methods will not be refunded.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and shoes returned under these conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.

Please note: If you are going to try on your shoes for fit and comfort, please wear on a soft surface like carpet.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Please be aware that an excessive number of returns may result in the following:
• Store credit in lieu of refund to the original form of payment.
• Suspension of your account
• Rejection of future orders
